The Buy Smarter Buyers’ Tour is designed to give buyers previewing options in a market where open houses are the exception rather than the rule. I start by picking several houses in a given price range based on their individual value propositions. In each case I try to concentrate on the best values, as opposed to just properties that are listed through our real estate brokerage. From there I provide a guided, no-pressure hands-on tour through these homes. Tour participants meet at my office in Nelson and are given a complete schedule, maps and any other documents that will help in your research. Then you hit the road in the comfort of your own car and start the tour!

Most of the properties we’ll be touring are owned by home owners just like you and for their safety and security it’s required that all tour participants share and verify basic contact information.
The tour is not intended to solicit the clients of other Agents. These tours are conducted for prospective purchasers who have been looking on their own, or who think they may be looking for an Agent
Because I choose the best of what’s available, the properties on the tour tend to sell more quickly than the rest of what you’ll find on the MLS. For this reason the exact schedule is finalized the day before the tour and pre-registered tour participants are given maps and info when we meet at the COLDWELL BANKER ROSLING office on Baker Street prior to setting out.
Tour participants are under no obligation to use my services. Think of this as an opportunity to see what’s available (and desirable) in your price range, while getting a chance a to see if you like how I work
